Present - VP Global Creative Director, SharkNinja
Building, collaborating and leading. Principle global creative leader in NYC. Working with the CEO to develop viral innovation and integrate creative from product inception through launch. Executing creative work that sells product at scale and continues to catapult growth for the $8B+ company.
2022-2024 - Global Creative Director, Klarna
Serving as the global ECD at Klarna, running creative for and building the in-house agency. During my tenure all creative needs were executed in-house. Global awareness, product launches in specific regions as well as tactical mid and lower funnel campaigns. I also played an integral role in relaunching brand architecture and positioning: brand.klarna.com. In the two years during my time there, Klarna went from a $6.7B valuation to a whopping $14.6B.
2020-2022 - Creative Strategy, TikTok
During Covid I went to TikTok as the platform exploded. The potential was uncharted, yet categorical for brands. On the Global Creative Labs team we worked with internal teams, brands and agencies to set best practices, strategies and guidance on how to use the platform as a brand. I also co-led TikTok’s first Small Business campaign called Small Wins.
2017-2020 - ACD, BBDO NY
The work. The work. The work. I joined BBDO to help run M&M’s and bring some non-traditional experience to a legacy brand - with my amazing partner Casey D’Alessandro. The highlight was J.K. Simmons (Yellow) saying our Fudge Brownie spot was his favorite…after the iconic Christmas spot, of course.
2015-2017 - Sr. AD, Mullen NY
Mullen brought me back to help start their New York office after its merger with LOWE. I was hire #3, after Amy Ferguson and Julie Neumann, our brave creative leaders. We integrated entire agencies into the Mullen creative process, pitched and won business like E*TRADE, all while running jetBlue and making award-winning campaigns like Reach Across the Aisle.
2014-2015 - Creative, VICE
One of the first 5 hires in the creative department at VICE. We set best practices for branded content and showed brands like Converse, Budweiser and Apple, how to captivate young audiences. Before joining the team, I created a column for VICE called This Week In Hell, the first ever political gif cartoon.
2011-2014 - Intern, Jr & AD, Mullen Boston
The first ten thousand hours. jetBlue, Zappos, Google & pitching, lots of pitching. Learned the craft and process from an incredible creative leadership team Dave Weist, Tim Vaccarino, Mark Wenneker, Kristen Cavallo, Kevin Grady and many more.
